We had an appointment for an oil change and wiper change. It took over 2.5 hours which is unacceptable. Will not go back for an oil change at the dealership. We bought a car which we give both the salesperson and financial advisor 5 stars. Excellent to work with. We also had to have another appointment to have a key fob programmed. The Guys there were great Tim took great care of me was very thorough with every as far as the other guys they were great to I walked out with a brand new car not expecting that at all!!!!
