We bought my daughter a 2023 Trailblazer from this dealer after searching many dealerships. This was during the inventory shortage debacle that the pandemic caused. Other dealers were charging inventory shor after searching many dealerships. This was during the inventory shortage debacle that the pandemic caused. Other dealers were charging inventory shortage add on fees and wouldn't honor our employee discount. Not this dealer, they are honest and have a focus on customer service, not just a bottom line. This is rare in the car sales industry. Our sales associate was Nicole Andrews. She went above and beyond to locate the perfect vehicle in transit, keep us updated on the delivery status routinely and even insisted on sending us home with the dealers big red bow for the hood to surprise my daughter at home with the big reveal. I would give this dealer 10 stars if I could. It is worth the drive if it is not the closest dealer if you want a pleasant car buying experience. I traveled a couple hours and will do it again when my husband and I are due for new cars. They are that good!!!! More

If she was the only person I had to deal with this would be a resounding 5 star review, but unfortunately the finance department was disappointing. I was not financing with the dealer, was already preapproved elsewhere and had sent in my DL and preapproval paperwork in prior so that the title paperwork could be drawn up, and I still sat waiting for the Finance Manager to do their piece for close to an hour and a half. Just to be called the following morning and told that they needed me to make the hour drive BACK to the dealer because she (the finance manager) didn’t get all the right paperwork signed. I emailed to follow up on the payoff of my trade, she responded once and after that I got no further replies or communication. More
