Nicole was amazing. I went in with a very low opinion of car salespeople; seemingly reinforced by the ones literally attacking me in the parking lot; and then not being I went in with a very low opinion of car salespeople; seemingly reinforced by the ones literally attacking me in the parking lot; and then not being able to meet with the one I actually had set an appointment with. But that was a blessing in disguise, because that's how I met Nicole. She was responsive to my desires; patient with all my questions (even some that had already been explained previously) and never appeared at all in a hurry to "just close the deal". She was honest, friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with and THAT'S what won my business. More
