Nicole was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and understanding of our needs and worked with us and our budget. She went out of her way during the process to secure us a fair deal in a tight market. Never did I nor my daughter ever feel pressured. Nicole's transparency, honesty and personal attention were tremendously appreciated. Sun Toyota has a rock star in Nicole. Would go to her first on any car purchasing needs I may have in the future. Couldn't recommend her any higher. You won't be disappointed! More

About $5k in hidden fees over advertised price. I have been shopping all across central florida with almost a dozen dealers, and it was the most unprofessional, condescending, and rude sales team I I have been shopping all across central florida with almost a dozen dealers, and it was the most unprofessional, condescending, and rude sales team I dealt with. (Mind you I only spoke to two women, so hopefully the other staff is better.) I recommend taking the time to go to any other Toyota dealership. Staff needs some training on how to speak to customers. At the end of our conversation of me inquiring about the hidden fees, I told her thanks for the info and wished her a good week. Directly after, Jackie sent me a reply and this is a copy of the beginning of her two paragraph reply/rant to me: “FYI. As a consumer you should want your dealer of choice to make a profit that way they stay in business” More

I had been with Village Toyota since 1989 for my first new car, a 1990 Toyota Camry. Then a Paseo, another Camry and a corolla, another 2 Camrys and a Scion xB. Now I wanted an AWD and a Hybrid. Below I tell the story about how I got I'm touch with Sun Toyota and Nicole Brown but for this review, I give my recommendation to Nicole without reservation. Nicole, Jackie, Nael, Marc and even Ferris Hamden got involved. Come to think of it, I clicked on the "Talk to John" on the website and even though he didn't contact me back, he did ask Nicole to take care of me as I was driving over an hour away. JOHN MARAZZI is the owner btw. So yes, trust Sun Toyota, even in this market. Deals are not like deals of yesteryear but they are honest about whats going on. I looked up cars in consumer reports and a Kia Telluride was top pick. I found a used one in ocala but they wanted $64,900 for it. I wanted another Toyota. Village has been crooked since Jerome took over the service department, trying to make my 90yo father think he needed this that and the other thing done to his car. I had already left them the first time they ripped me off by charging me for an alignment 2 month after I bought the car because I got new rims and tires but on but the worst was charging me $60 for putting in am air filter and 90 for pouring a can of fuel injection cleaner into my tank. The general manager agreed to make me a deal when I was ready for a new car. That never happened. DeLuca was the same. I then used True Car and local dealers contacted me but no one was dealing, just getting as much as they could. I'm grateful for Nicole and the team. More
