Disappointed. Nothing was remedied. Paid $600+ no resolution in diagnostics, only to be told I could pay another $600. Recall doesn't apply to my VIN and extende Nothing was remedied. I doubt the safety inspection was done either. I was quoted the repair to airbag would be $3k, I engaged MBUSA and Nicole told them it would $1240.00. I decided to go elsewhere. More

This dealership was not famous for Sprinter maintenance in the past. It looks like they've really improved on this part of their vehicle line up. Nicole Cutler was great and kept me informed when my 2025 R in the past. It looks like they've really improved on this part of their vehicle line up.
