Nicole was attentive and engaged despite having to adjust
to a new computer system. Everything was explained, Nicole is very thorough, and I accomplished what I wanted to do. I did have to wait for my car
to a new computer system. Everything was explained, Nicole is very thorough, and I accomplished what I wanted to do. I did have to wait for my car about 2 hours, and I am not sure that is common for the oil change and basic service I had done. However, I was able to make the appointment and get it done all on the same day, so that was great. The one other thing is that the mechanic recommended additional services that I could not afford to get done at that time. I did ask if I was going to get the paperwork that showed the individual services that were recommended, as well as the cost for each, and I was told I would. However, the list I got when I paid did not include the prices for the suggested repairs. Nicole said that it was sent to my email, and if I did not get it, to let her know. But again, the email I received did not include the prices that she showed me while I was waiting for my car. I did send an email to Nicole asking again for the price list but have not yet gotten it. But I am still hoping to get it. Nicole is usually very efficient.
