I thought it was hopeless since five other dealership My mother and myself went car shopping in hopes of getting me out from under my current vehicle. I thought it was hopeless since five other dealerships pretty much told me i was a lost cause. My mother insisted on stopping by Zeck so i went along just to appease her. Im so happy we did. The staff was amazing from the receptionist, to our sales person NIcole, to meeting the office lasdies. Not only did they not try to raise the prices they were so laid back and full of energy that i will never in my entire life by a vehicle from anywhere other than Zeck!! I appreciately walked out of the dealership with a 2015 Fusion that i honestly couuldnt be happoier with. If you want a fun car buying experiece than i would totally refer you to Zeck ford. They actually listen to what you want as a customer. More

Boy was I surprised: no pressure sales and when it came time to make the deal it took less than 2 hours. They answered all my questions and explained all the details clearly. The sales representatives Nicole Wolter and Shawn Gunderson treated my wife and I like family plus put up with all my unending questions. Last but not least was David Twitty in finance. He took his time on the money issues and explained everything to us. He even sat down with me the next day and explained things further because because I had more questions.
