I came in to downgrade my vehicle to help with monthly payments, and I had to go through some loops to get the car to trading value, and even though I had some incidents, they met me in the middle, showing they are able to work with me, with a very fair deal, and I ended up leaving with a great car and being very satisfied. Professional From Start to Finish - Thank You! I began my search online, which reinforced Zeck Ford had the best selection of Ford Explorers in the KC Metro. I worked remotely with Kathy, Laura and I began my search online, which reinforced Zeck Ford had the best selection of Ford Explorers in the KC Metro. I worked remotely with Kathy, Laura and Nicole to determine which ones met my needs. After scheduling an appointment, I then met with Jace Grabouski onsite to check out the ones I "thought" I wanted. Turns out, Jace helped me decide on an even better one than I had originally considered. From there, Michael in Finance worked some magic to get me a better loan rate than I thought was possible for a used car. The car was then detailed, gased up, and we left the dealership as not just "satisfied" customers, but happy ones too. My last experience of buying a new Nissan in Olathe was so poor, I put off getting something else for almost 8 years! More
