My family and I recently relocated to Simpsonville, SC. from Bakersfield CA with my husbands career with his engineering company. Our 3 year old daughter has been quite a handful, at least we made it through the terrible 2's and we can't wait till she is 18 and can fly the coop! Just kidding we love her. I enjoy traveling and visiting new places. My goal one day would be to visit other countries like Italy, Greece and Germany. Marcus really slack on customer satisfaction I really expected to be out in the promised time and it would have been nice to know that it was going to take 45 minutes longer. Moreover, Marcus taking away the Greenfield Bagels to save $60 a week is really slack. He doesn't understand customer satisfaction. Not the best I called ahead of time since my husband was bringing my car for me. I let them know I wanted the cheaper synthetic oil change. My husband got there and was told rather rudely that I could not go to the lesser oil since I already had the higher grade. I was not told this when I called. And he was made to wait a longer period of time then normal. This is unacceptable and not appreciated. Thank you for your time More

Service I was sent away with issues still pending with my car. I came in for a recall. My car had no lights showing on the panel.
