Service was a little slower than in the past. I came in for my 60,000 mile service, but only needed an oil change, tire balance and rotation which took about 3.5 hours. The service seemed a little slower than my past experiences with the service department. The waiting room didn't have too many customers in it, only 1-3 people at any given time. I'm not sure what was causing the delay. More

Ford truck service I have never been a fan of Ford vehicles, I came here as my only choice in trade because I was in a tight spot. Great Service My check engine light came on my F150. So I called the service department. With in minutes after arriving I was given a loner until my truck was compl My check engine light came on my F150. So I called the service department. With in minutes after arriving I was given a loner until my truck was completed. Everyday I was given an update on my truck. Once it was finished I received a phone call check to make sure that the problem was fixed. I was impressed by the the customers service representative dedication to the customer. I will suggest McClarty Ford to all my friends and family. More
