Cornered again We took our truck in for repairs which should have been covered by a warranty. Our service representative supposedly confirmed coverage for $1300.00 w We took our truck in for repairs which should have been covered by a warranty. Our service representative supposedly confirmed coverage for $1300.00 worth of work. We p as id an additional $400+ for what wasn't covered. The work was completed. The next day the truck btoke down and had to be towed, back to the shop. We were threatened with a lien on our truck if we didn't pay the $1300.00+ immediately. Really??? Last time we took another truck in and we werent told the total estimate before the work was done. What we thought was going to cost $100+, ended up costing over $400. I'm done. They are not the only shop in town. More
