Excellent, speedy, friendly Oil changed and tires rotated, in addition they inspected my exhaust and performed a 100 point inspection. No issues found at all. Car drives better t Oil changed and tires rotated, in addition they inspected my exhaust and performed a 100 point inspection. No issues found at all. Car drives better than before, and they even reset my oil indicator. All of this in a little over an hour with no appointment. Very happy customer here. More

Check Engine Light I just want to thank Lee and Justin for being the utmost helpful people I have encountered at McClarty Ford. My check engine light came on one Friday I just want to thank Lee and Justin for being the utmost helpful people I have encountered at McClarty Ford. My check engine light came on one Friday and I called the service department. The initial contact that I spoke with was Nicole and I informed her of my problem of which she responded in a rude way and told me that it’s a car and that’s it’s man made. Well I’m pretty sure that not comforting to a customer and not helpful at all to the situation so I hung up and called back to speak with the service manager who was very nice and understanding. He advised me to bring my car in that Saturday morning so that they could run a diagnostic test to find out what the issue was and by the way Nicole told me there was no one to do that on a Saturday. I brought the car in and was told what the issue was and I was only my warranty by 800 miles of which Lee told me that he would see if Ford would make an exception. They kept me informed along the process of submitting paperwork to Ford and decided that they would cover the cost of my repair. I am so grateful that they were very caring and that they helped take the pressure off of how I was going to pay for the repair. I have since gotten an extended warranty that I didn’t think I would need because I purchased a brand new car. Well I have learned that they too can have problems. Thank you all so much for caring and being so professional in handling my situation. God Bless you both Lee and Justin!! More

Not customer driven. They just stare at you 😐 No return calls. Vehicle had parts and covers on passenger floor. Could not get courtesy ride at my convenience. The part that was replaced was broken just at approximately 29,000 miles. Vehicle was parked part way in road and sidewalk. I could go on & on but I won’t. The only friendly person there was the cashier to take my money! More
