Felt I wasn't listened to and was pushed into a car that was not of my choice. At the end of the process I left without any of the paperwork (contract) I signed. Father called the financial services leader was not of my choice. At the end of the process I left without any of the paperwork (contract) I signed. Father called the financial services leader (Nidal Hatoum) and was ignored, still no contracts. This seems totally inappropriate. Drove car off of lot with a red light flashing, did not know what it was turned out to be malfunction of airbags and restraints. Now I'm afraid to drive it. Father is bringing it in for service. Not sure who to contact for lack of copy of contract. More

Jack Parks was a great person to work with and I would recommend him. Recommending Toyota in an entirety is questionable. Also during the buying process the price kept going up and there was pressure to get more money out of my pocket. I didn’t like the constant pressure after saying no multiple times.. and that’s what lead me to walk out of the building. However, someone else came to speak to us and was nice enough to bring the price back down and so I went through with it. Just didn’t like how dirty the car was. More
