He even send specs for the same vehicle. When I received a good price and I wanted to go the dealership and buy the car, he comes with the most stupid excuse ever! He told me he was quoting me for SR5 and SR5 Premium. I have his emails if anyone wants to see how ridiculous this sounds. Dealership could be good or great but this guy, Kiem, I wouldn't deal with him at all. The dealership lost a deal because of this irresponsible behavior from the sale rep. He is brave enough to throw his manager under the bus to cover his mistake. More

I was nervous at the time and she was able to rela me and put my anxieties aside,Since the car that I wanted wasn't in the shop Mary Ann delivered it to my house and spent an hour explaining the navigation system as well as many of the features of the car. Toyota purchase. I originally called Koons to inquire about a 2015 Toyota Corrolla that was in transit to the shop. I spoke to Nathan and Nigel through email and on th I originally called Koons to inquire about a 2015 Toyota Corrolla that was in transit to the shop. I spoke to Nathan and Nigel through email and on the phone to find a good time for me to come look at the car. Since the car was not at the shop, the called me as soon as it came in to let me know I could come down at anytime. Two days later, Nathan had the car all ready for me to see and cleaned off. Nathan even had the car set up in the garage so we wouldn't have to walk out in the cold to look at the car. Since my family liked the car so much, we started the buying experience right away. Nathan was very polite and had everything ready as quickly as possible. When we went to the financing office, Jeremy helped us pick the right warranty that would fit within our budget. He even suggested what package we should pick within our budget. We will definitely be returning for any of our vehicle needs! Thank you Koons!!! More

The sales people at Koons worked as a team to make sure that we felt like the transaction was done as fairly as possible and all parties were satisfied. Its nice to get good customer service and professionalism when making such a long term purchase. My sales person Thomas Hardin was very thorough and made sure we understood how to work all the features on the new vehicle. He also explained the maintenance schedule and encouraged us to bring the vehicle back to Koons for issue that we may encounter. I must also say that Nigil Hayes played a large part in the transaction and ensured that I got the best deal that I possibly could and in Nigil Hayes absence, George Thompson continued to make sure everthing went smoothly. My entire family was pleased with the dealership and the new Avalon that we took home. More
