After given the run around by another dealership for 5 months awaiting, I decided to contact BMW of Freeport. From inception of speaking with the Manager Chris Kareema, he was Kind, receptive, attentative months awaiting, I decided to contact BMW of Freeport. The ENTIRE staff made my experience smooth, and valued. The nightmare I had with another dealership in New York City was now a thing of my past AFTER contacting BMW of Freeport. BMW of Freeport exhibited "Fairness" respect, integrity ( just to name a few). The process was smooth with no run around. He was professional, attentive, most of all determined to make our deal go through. He followed up and made sure every I and T were dotted and crossed. When it was time to take delivery of the X3 he had everything ready for us. He is a genius, truly! His experience with the technology of the vehicle was superb, for my daughter it was a no brainer but for her parents he helped us set up and confirm we were technologically connected to the car.
