They had the truck for a mouth and every time I ask about picking up the truck they would have a excuse about why it’s not ready. Unsatisfied I Bought my car two weeks ago sunday was super excited. But soon as I got home to show my car to my family. We notice scratches that paint was peeling I Bought my car two weeks ago sunday was super excited. But soon as I got home to show my car to my family. We notice scratches that paint was peeling off of brand new Hyundai Santa 2019. So I called Nikki the sales associate. Nikki told me I'll have to bring the car in Tuesday or Wednesday to get it fixed. Came on Wednesday there was no one to fix it. So I had to reschedule another day. Now im extremely upset 😡. On the day that the tried to fix it I got a call from Nikki saying that they'll have to take my new car to the body shop and it would take days to fix it and I'll have to get a rental car and it will cost me. So now I'm stuck with a damaged car that dealership messed up. And still have to make payments like nothing never happened. Nikki was supportive and dropped my car to my job but at the end of the day my car is still messed up. I'll never recommend anyone. They could've done better More
