I really appreciate Ali and his manager for helping me get a car, and they surprised me with my dream car. 1000/10 they were all very polite and fast pace with the process. My original contact was by phone about a used vehicle and my question was whether it had a certain option, The sales person was Nikki and stated that she would have someone check and return my call. Shortly after she returned my call and answered my question. I reside about 90 miles away. Nikki said that when I arrived I would contact Chris Carrier as my rep. Mr. Carrier was a delight to work with very knowledgeable and easy to work with, he made the whole process stress free. More

I FOUND MY JEEP ONLINE ON FRIDAY AND DROVE IT HOME ON SATURDAY. LOVE THE JEEP AND DICK SCOTT WAS GREAT! COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT BY TEXT AND EMAIL AND WHEN MY ORIGINAL FINANCING THROUGH MY CREDIT UNION SATURDAY. LOVE THE JEEP AND DICK SCOTT WAS GREAT! COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT BY TEXT AND EMAIL AND WHEN MY ORIGINAL FINANCING THROUGH MY CREDIT UNION WASN'T GONNA COME IN TIME FOR SATURDAY, THEY WERE ABLE TO OFFER FINANCING THAT DAY. AS IT HAPPENED QUICKLY AND ON THE WEEKEND, THEY ALSO HELPED BY GETTING THROUGH TO MY INSURANCE TO HAVE THE JEEP ADDED SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN VISIT AS IT WAS A LONG DRIVE. Went shopping for a Jeep Compass to replace my current lease (GMC Sierra SLT) visited another jeep dealer in Lapeer and requested pricing (nonChrysler employee) on 2020 Compass in stock at that dealer. I lease (GMC Sierra SLT) visited another jeep dealer in Lapeer and requested pricing (nonChrysler employee) on 2020 Compass in stock at that dealer. I did not feel comfortable with the responses I received and found the Jeep I liked at Dick Scott. Pricing was easily communicated and delivery to my home in Oxford was arranged through Ricky Perez. Ricky Perez took about 3 hours to locate and secure the vehicle i was looking for where as a different dealership took a week and could not provide the vehicle I was looking for.
