Did some carpentry work for the dealer earlier this year and got a chance to know almost everyone there. They are all awesome humans! The people in service, parts, sales, detail shop, and admin are friendly and got a chance to know almost everyone there. They are all awesome humans! The people in service, parts, sales, detail shop, and admin are friendly, kind, and helpful. My dog gets more attention than I do! That says a lot to me! Making appointment was easy, except there wasn’t an option for “waiting for vehicle”. Reminders were good. Service was quick. I later saw that windshield wipers were all marked in the red. I would have liked if they would have called me to see if I wanted them replaced. I only saw it once I got home, now I have to replace them myself or make another appointment. More

I scheduled service for my Ford F-450 pickup at a day and time convenient for me. The service team completed the work promptly. The waiting area is comfortable. The staff are all courteous and pleasant. time convenient for me. The service team completed the work promptly. The waiting area is comfortable. The staff are all courteous and pleasant. Two things I want changed could not be done. These are, apparently, engineering and/or software issues with Ford proper and not the responsibility of the local dealership. Four stars is a high and well-deserved rating. I reserve five stars for those rare occasions when somebody extends themselves well beyond expectation to help me do something. As for work quality, I reserve judgement for a while. It takes time to assess. More
