I couldn't be more please with my experience with VW of Naples. Ruben was the best! Not your typical sales person at all. I felt so comfortable with him and in every step of the way, he made me feel lik Naples. Ruben was the best! Not your typical sales person at all. I felt so comfortable with him and in every step of the way, he made me feel like he really cared about my satisfaction.....I never felt that his only interest was making the sale. Absolutely no pressure like you get from so many. He went out of his way to make sure that I was completely happy with the car I picked. And after the sale, he sat in the car with me and went through everything on how to operate and connect into the system. I was a novice with the new cars as I had not bought a car since 2008. He made it simple and let me know if I had any questions, any issues....anything....call him. Could not have been more pleased. More
