Ruben, in sales, made me feel extremely comfortable in purchasing a new vehicle by finding the perfect vehicle to meet my needs. I was nervous about this big step but he put me at ease. I did not feel rushed into making a decision and he made me feel like family. When I choose to buy from someone, I look for someone I can trust other wise I would go elsewhere.
