Everyone who works in the service department is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. They can always fit me in and are generous with loaner cars. I had gone to a different Subaru dealership and was treated horribly that was certainly not the case here! When I came to Brattleboro Subaru, the car I had some to see had already sold. Rather than tell me I’d wasted my time, they worked with me and found me a similar car and I was able to purchase it only two days later. Cole was extremely helpful and very personable. He didn’t pressure us into a pricier model, but worked with us to find our dream car. Very happy with my purchase and will be recommending this dealership to my friends and family! More
