He narrowed down my options quickly, based on the models I had researched, and explained my options. He took the time to get to know my driving needs and suggested an Impreza Sport. We went for a test drive in a sparkly iced-silver car, and I took her home with me that afternoon! Basically I chatted with folks while John did all the work behind the scenes with his colleagues! He explained the car's many snazzy features, though I have a lot to learn still! The whole sales team was friendly and helpful as the process unfolded. I couldn't be happier! She sure is fun to drive! More

Tom was clear, direct, and friendly, and my experience with Nizam was very positive (good sense of humor, and didn't go overboard with high pressure sales tactics). Bratt Subarua didn't have the exact car I wanted on their lot, but they were able to get what I needed in a short time frame and at a fair price. Also, the car was ready for me to pick up when they said it would be. Since my car had been totaled in an accident a couple of weeks prior to purchase of the new vehicle, I was pleased with the quick response to my vehicle requests. I have always found Bratt Subaru to be fair and direct--both in terms of their sales and service departments. After some negative prior experiences with other car dealerships (other than Subarau), I really appreciate the convenience of having a local dealer that inspires confidence and trust, and Brattleboro Subaru definitely falls into this category.
