Everybody was wonderful when I was choosing and purchasing my car. Dan was wonderful in showing me the cars that were available and which ones he thought would suit my needs. Niz and I had a fabul purchasing my car. Dan was wonderful in showing me the cars that were available and which ones he thought would suit my needs. Niz and I had a fabulous conversation about our neighboring towns in Connecticut. He was also very professional in explaining all of the paperwork that I had to sign. Brattleboro Subaru is like other dealerships, except that when I came into the storefront, my sales guy greeted us right away, and we started talking. I’ve been to other places where you don’t see anyone fo when I came into the storefront, my sales guy greeted us right away, and we started talking. I’ve been to other places where you don’t see anyone for a while and they’re not doing anything but talking to their teams. So that was a good change. All my questions were answered and I got to the payment total I was willing to go to, they gave me a decent amount for my trade in and I have a new car that I LOVE. Everything was shown to me in my car and it took less time than it has in the past. More
