I did not feel overwhelmed with industry jargon or pressured into making an uniformed decision. There were a few short coming in the car I was sold from what my expectations were of a "new" car, and I felt at times that the staff were not receptive enough to my concerns. Another of the managers, Modi (?), listened to my concerns, cleared up misunderstandings about the financials, and offered some incentives to make up for my experience. I am appreciative of his and other's efforts to help make my purchase experience a positive one.
