Refused to deal at on ($300 +) labor charge for just installation of added mudguards and MSRP sell price. Our trade was under values by at least $2K according to other non Kia dealer offers. This used to be a great family run Kia dealership which was focused on customer satisfaction and service but then it was aquired by Ken Ganley. Expections were not met and we felt underserved for sure. Should of bought from another dealer outside our local one which was giving us $1,500 off MSRP and included no cost labor for mudguard install, Our sales guy (Noah) answered all our questions but did not advocate for us at all with mgmt.
