Best Dealership EVER!! My husband and I have been customers @ this Luther Bloomington Acura Bloomington for several years. I just leased my third Subaru (2019 Forester), ma My husband and I have been customers @ this Luther Bloomington Acura Bloomington for several years. I just leased my third Subaru (2019 Forester), making it my third Subaru. The reason for my service appt was to replace a speaker in back seat area that was flawed upon deliver. It did take quite a while to get the part, but once it arrived at the dealership, I was notified and an appt scheduled promptly. Service excellent and fast. Mitch was in charge of this service appt. Good man! More

We tried our best to focus only on the car and the finances, but our instinct told us Bloomington Subaru was the place. So we went back to them and ended up with a better car for a better price with the best people! More

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the featur Originally I went in for new tires on my '15 Outback. While waiting I started looking at the '19's. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the features I thought I was getting in my '15 Outback were actually present in the '19. There was some back-and-forth on the price, which is to be expected anywhere, but Bronwyn and Noah were willing to work with me on the price and get the car that I really wanted three years ago. I actually went to another Subaru dealer a few miles south of Luther, since it was close by, for a comparison. They were far less willing to work with me on trade-in value or the add-on options I wanted. I'd go back to Luther again. More

Service delayed I brought my car in for a 6:30 appointment and they said it would take one hour and 15 minutes. I came back to the dealer just after 8:00. The service manager came out to see me and did not know why the car was not ready. I was not of the dealer until about 9:00 PM More

Service Their service department and accelerated service is completely misrepresented to the customer. I tried to make an appointment for my first oil change Their service department and accelerated service is completely misrepresented to the customer. I tried to make an appointment for my first oil change and the service coordinator said I couldn’t (yesterday). Then she told me to just drive in and they will get me right in, so I did today but the they had a 2.5 hour wait and wanted me to sit there for over three hours. The service manager should have offered me a car, I drove in an hour and was turned away at 10am. If they would have offered me a car I would have returned it this evening. I just wanted an appointment and transparency of service. This is the second time we’ve had bad service here, once with our first Subaru and now with our second. I’m now out two hours of driving, no oil change, and loss time with work. You need to provide a call ahead service and appointments. More

Dylan Duffy was also very helpful to my son in working out the financial details and selecting options for the car. (In addition, since the visit to the dealership, I’ve spoken on the phone to Shawn McGowan to arrange an appointment for rustproofing etc. for my new car and Shawn was also helpful.) More
