I bought the basic amount of service, which increased my interest rate 1% & my payments by about $50@ month & extended the time an additional 9 months. It would be better Customer Service if this was all done at the time a customer initially agrees to the terms of the purchase of the car. More

Unfortunately the Ascent being a completely new model, there wasn't a Costco discount. But, via a very warm interaction with Shirl Lee, it really didn't concern us. We thoroughly enjoyed interacting with her and her full knowledge of this gorgeous new Subaru! Our sights were on the Limited model, but unsure of color choices. She helped us decide this as well, and reviewed all the options/accessories. We cannot be more pleased, loving our new car and Shirl's followup with our questions. Luther dealerships and employees do keep their customer's priorities first. More

Very busy Friday morning at the express lane I was told no appointment was needed for an oil change but the express lane was super busy and may take over 2 hours. I told the woman at the cashier desk and she said someone would take care of it. Quess that didn’t happen as two hours later it was not cleaned. Talked to an important guy and he said he would see that it was cleaned. I didn’t use the ladies room so I hope it was better. Not what I would expect from such a large dealership like yours. More
