Talon was our salesman for our Ram truck. He was extremely kind,, personable, non-pressuring and very willing to try and get us the best possible deal for our budget. I would recommend Talon and Seattle Jeep to anyone. Their service department immediately took care of us the next day after I noticed the alignment being off also. Very impressed by their whole team. Noah was super helpful in getting my Grand Cherokee rolling again. There were multiple issues going on and he and the rest of the team had everything fixed and resolved by the next day rolling again. This is my second review since I didn’t realize that this was the only space I was able to write comments. Seattle jeep was great. My grand Cherokee 4xe has now has 2 catastrophic suspension failures whi was the only space I was able to write comments. Seattle jeep was great. My grand Cherokee 4xe has now has 2 catastrophic suspension failures while driving on road under 10k miles. I have asked both Noah and my customer service agent with Jeep to help me find an answer as to why this is happening and if it has been addressed. I have also spoken to another 4xe owner on forums who has had his front stabilizer link fail twice as well. This is a serious safety issue and we deserve an explanation as to why this is happeneing an if our vehicles are safe to drive. Noah said it is a known issue yet there is no recall. He says the part has been updated but Jeep corporate is unwilling to provide any info as to why it has been updated. If the part has been strengthened then why are we not proactively adding a strengthened bolt to my front suspension? If it hasn’t been strengthened then why not and what is the issue that is causing this? Regardless my car has been out of service for 68 cumulative days because of this. My customer service agent has been unhelpful with getting me a suitable loaner car. I bought a grand Cherokee trailhawk and I’m sick of driving a compass when I thought a grand Cherokee. If an explanation can’t be provided to me I will be pursuing a lemon law buyback as this car clearly qualifies. More
