Noah McKee was excellent, However, I had an appointment and it took 1 1/2 hours to have my oil change. I made an appointment for 1:00pm and was waiting for my car to have the oil changed. After 1 hour and 10 minutes was told that it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. After 2-1/2 hours told another few minut car to have the oil changed. After 1 hour and 10 minutes was told that it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. After 2-1/2 hours told another few minutes. They were working on estimates for all the work needed. Which turned out to be three things. I said to skip the estimates. I just wanted my car and leave. Also no water, coffee or tea or snacks in the waiting area as other dealers provide for there customers. Overall, very poor customer service. I was extremely disappointed. More
