Scheduling was easy and convenient. The service advisor did a good job of communicating. Work was done quickly. The communication was poor, always requiring me or my wife to call and get updates. There was a period of 10 days where we did not hear a word from our service rep. I can't remember a single time Noah pr wife to call and get updates. There was a period of 10 days where we did not hear a word from our service rep. I can't remember a single time Noah proactively called with an update, he only responded to our calls when we requested one. When I picked up the vehicle, I was told by Noah to give him all 5 star reviews because that's how he gets paid. He showed me a picture of his son to emphasize how important it is that I give him 5 star ratings. If Noah wants 5 star ratings, he should give 5 star service. Either check in with your customers every 48 hours, or give them a hard date that you're going to contact them with an update. Manage your customer's experience, not the review process. More

I have used the service department at Seattle Jeep for many years and have found that Noah went above and beyond to find parts for my 17 year old vehicle. Heat shield on my Jeep Renegade fell off while driving. Brought my car in on a Thursday for them to fully remove/replace. I was flexible and allowed them to keep my car overnight to fix by Friday afternoon Brought my car in on a Thursday for them to fully remove/replace. I was flexible and allowed them to keep my car overnight to fix by Friday afternoon. I get a call Friday that they've ordered the wrong part and I'll have to wait until Monday to get the right replacement. Luckily, they removed the heat shield and allowed me to have my car back for the weekend due to personal obligations that required travel, but they asked for up-front payment, which I agreed to solely because they ensured me the right part would be ordered this time. I brought my Jeep back first thing Monday morning and sat around for 2 hours, just for them to tell me they, once again, ordered the wrong part. Luckily they put me in a rental car so that I could go home and work until they completed the project. Project was estimated to be done by noon... didn't hear anything and reached out around 2pm. Conveniently, right when I reached out, the part came in. Overall, not thrilled about my experience. I understand mistakes happen but to have this issue happen twice was really frustrating. I bring my car to the dealership for better/faster service, especially considering they charge at least double the price of a smaller shop. More
