I had my previous 2016 Honda Accord serviced at this loction pretty much as needed and when it came time to purchase a new Honda Justin Cavazos has the best. He worked with me at every opportunity and gave me the best options possible. He is hand in glove to the service department. I am very thankful, grateful, and truly appreciative of the individuals that comprise the the service department of this dealership. It starts at the top with a genuinely knowledgeable one of a kind honest Service Manager who's main goal is helping the customer solve their issues. Bill Seifert is patient, understanding and problem solving oriented with the goal of helping the consumer. He has cultivated a team in the service department that is stellar. Everyone from Alexia Olivo, Noah Morales, Lacye Lanning, to Shelby Longoria (special accessories) are so easy going, professional, welcoming and focused on providing the best service possible. They confront somewhat difficult and uncomfortable circumstances of addressing mechanical issues and communicating options without being pushy. They are kind and thoughful and maintain professionalism. They under promise and over deliver. Proper time lines for service work be it quick or long are addressed upfront. The cost of serviecs are presented as options on the table honestly. You can not ask for more. This is my go to service center for my Honda. Any future purchases and services conducted will be made here for my vehicles moving forward. More

Noah Morales was the one who helped me out. He was able to kindly get the dealership to patch my tire for free and they did it fairly quickly. I only waited about 1.5 hours as a walk-in. The little quiet office I was working in while waiting for the tire patch had working outlets and wifi so I was able to get work done while waiting for my tire. More
