In light of contacting him prior to coming in for my appointment, he did not, in my opinion, prepare in advance what my options were to choose from. The inside of car that I choose was/is dirty, No deal appointment, he did not, in my opinion, prepare in advance what my options were to choose from. The inside of car that I choose was/is dirty, No dealer prep. I had to return to dealership next day for a new battery. I called and was transferred 5 times before I was put into someones voice mail. I called Enrique in ref to the dying battery and he said he would call me back in 20 minutes. He called back several hours later. Finally, I drove car back to dealership on my own and happily was given new battery. In my opinion he was out for a quick buck and could care less if I was satisfied with my purchase. Oh, and tell him to keep his gum in his mouth instead of having it half hang out of the side of his mouth when we were talking, Very unprofessional. More
