Nobu, who speaks Japanese, is a married father of three, and a Bay Area resident of 16 years. With his favorite part of the work day being the time he gets to spend communicating with his customers, Nobu looks forward to meeting new Toyota Sunnyvale customers each day. Excellent Experience I have been to several dealers, and Toyota Sunnyvale was one of them. Compared with others, only this dealer offered various nice vehicles for me, and I have been to several dealers, and Toyota Sunnyvale was one of them. Compared with others, only this dealer offered various nice vehicles for me, and moreover, a salesperson in charge, Jeffrey Lin, was really kind and had sufficient knowledge about used vehicles. In addition, after I bought the car, another salesperson, Nobu Ishihara, was also friendly and supported me in some cases, such as insurance plans. In total, although this dealer is awesome, it is more desirable if it discloses its new addres of the used vehicles office (it recently moved) soon as possible. More

Amazing and hospitable experience despite technical hiccups I have recently purchased a used 2007 toyota camry. I have to say that the three people I have interacted with (Ryan, Nobu, and Ken) are of amazing qu I have recently purchased a used 2007 toyota camry. I have to say that the three people I have interacted with (Ryan, Nobu, and Ken) are of amazing quality. Ken has been extremely kind and welcoming to me explaining all the financial details, while always smiling at me. Nobu has been extremely kind and friendly with his frequent calls and text messages. In addition, when there was a small problem with my car, he instantly gave me another vehicle as a replacement while this car is being fixed. Overall I am really pleased with the experience, and I recommend this dealer and the staff member to anyone who is looking for a car. More

I visited the dealership to buy prius or corolla with my wife last Sun. We had not decided details at all, but he generously explained pros and cons of the cars, and recommended the best model and options wife last Sun. Mr. Ishihara was very helpful in my car purchase needs. He is aware that I want to purchase a reasonable price vehicle, and he was very patience with me. I can't get over the great service Toyota Sunnyvale offers we got our car in December and it was missing a part, not only the offer to replace it at not cost for us but also once again Nobu the sales a offers we got our car in December and it was missing a part, not only the offer to replace it at not cost for us but also once again Nobu the sales associate who help us when we got the car was awesome and always kept in touch at all times and he took the time to make the appointment for us with the service department, we went today and got help from Peter from Services and he was very nice and help us with everything we needed and answer all our question, he was awesome! I have to say every single person i talked to was super nice and profesional like Neil from parts dept. or the guy who drives the shuttle (i don't remember his name) in overall Toyota Sunnyvale has the best customer service ever!! More

My wife and I bought a new car at Toyota Sunnyvale, and we've been very happy with our experience there. Nobu is very professional and friendly. He showed us the different car models we were interested we've been very happy with our experience there. Nobu is very professional and friendly. He showed us the different car models we were interested in, answered all our questions in detail, and finally gave us a good deal when we decided on the car we liked. Throughout the process, he was straightforward with no hassle, gave us the time we needed to reach a decision, and never tried to pressure us into buying something beyond our price range or what we needed (which, if you've been out shopping for a car, know is a rare thing). He was also very helpful when we had some problems with the final paper work and straightened everything out for us. Nobu, by far, is the best sales person we have met since we moved to the bay area. Thanks Nobu. More

My husband and I were there looking for a preowened car and they were very helpful and made it a very nice experience, we had a budget and they never try to make us buy anything brand new or out of our bud and they were very helpful and made it a very nice experience, we had a budget and they never try to make us buy anything brand new or out of our budget they made us feel very confortable they were very nice and patient and answer all of our questions both Nobu the sales associate and Eric Brillhart the financial services manager were awesome!
