The best service I have ever got! I needed a car because my old car was dead right after I moved from Washington state to San Jose 2 weeks ago, and I had no ideas how to buy a car. Nob I needed a car because my old car was dead right after I moved from Washington state to San Jose 2 weeks ago, and I had no ideas how to buy a car. Nobu patiently explained all the questions I asked. Not only did he give me great explanations to my questions, he also kindly taught me about CA traffic laws and conditions, auto insurances, and also San Jose area since I just moved here. When I was trying to decide if I should buy a new car or used one, he gave me pros and cons for both options, and he never made me feel like I have to decide quickly. Without his service, I would not have been able to get my lovely new car. I could not appreciate his amazing service more. I strongly recommend to purchase cars from him. He is friendly, knowledgeable, nice, and trustworthy. If you don't really know about cars, it's okay because he will assist you with getting your perfect car! More

When it was time for me to purchase a new one car, I first search My family has been coming to Toyota Sunnyvale for years, for new cars and servicing. When it was time for me to purchase a new one car, I first searched Toyota Sunnyvale's online inventory to get an idea of what I wanted. Jessica contacted me via email and I set up a time to have my old car evaluated for trade in and to test drive a new one. When I arrived at the dealership, Nobu helped me pick out a new car and answered all my (and my family's) questions. He was very patient as I took a look at all the different models. When it was time for financing, Kevin got us through the paperwork quickly. I was in and out with a new car a lot quicker than I thought I would! This place is great, we will keep coming back! More
