Went above and beyond They were great and accommodating. Repaired things that I didn’t ask to have repaired and didn’t charge me for it. Only thing they could have done They were great and accommodating. Repaired things that I didn’t ask to have repaired and didn’t charge me for it. Only thing they could have done better would be to keep me in the loop more. I sat there from 10:30-16:00 and only talked to service rep twice. They went over estimated repair time by 2 hours. 2016. NV Nissan The light indicator for the tire pressure came on when I was looking at the van I purchased on 10/18/2018 I asked them to check it out. They said it The light indicator for the tire pressure came on when I was looking at the van I purchased on 10/18/2018 I asked them to check it out. They said it was just the light. Well today I woke up to a flat tire. Makes me think they didn't want to replace a tire. Most likely they knew it had a slow leak. I cannot rate them properly until they decide if they are going to make it right or not. Very irritating. Why must dealerships hide things. More
