Will most likely screw you over. Doesn’t manage his team well. The staff is friendly but it’s a front. Had to pay a real mechanic to do work they claimed to do but did not. Had a very good experience at Northridge Service Dept thanks to Noel Orozco. His explanations were thorough, he had a friendly/positive demeanor, has great communication on what my car needed and he was thanks to Noel Orozco. His explanations were thorough, he had a friendly/positive demeanor, has great communication on what my car needed and he was also very helpful for the pick up of my vehicle as I did not make it easy. This employee demonstrated great customer service! I plan to return if/when my car needs service again. More

I had a 7:15 am appointment for service on my 2021 Rav4, I arrived at 7:20 3 cars in the service driveway with customers being attended to. I was met by the porter who had a good attitude and was friendly, I arrived at 7:20 3 cars in the service driveway with customers being attended to. I was met by the porter who had a good attitude and was friendly, who gave clear instructions after checking me in. I waited about 10 minutes until the service agent came out to get the mileage. Noel Orozco was his name he did not present with a good customer-facing demeanor upon first contact. the porter indicated that the 15K service was going to be performed but the car was at 20K and Noel recommended the 20K service that covered the rotation and oil change, and was a more comprehensive service. Noel informed me that no further service would be available after 25000 miles, and I would only have one more service at 25K. but upon reading the service plan that was on the screen he realized that I had an extended service plan and the information he stated was not true. he never asked if there were other items that I would like to have the technician look at so I informed Noel that I noticed that the cruise control would dis-engage without me applying the breaks from time to time. His response to my statement was "well you did not tell me that at the start of me righting up the service order". I replied that I am informing you now. I continued to inform Noel that there should not be friction with a customer at this type of an interaction. Noel replied there is no friction, I replied this exchange is friction and should not be happening for such a simple task. I asked how long the service should take Noel said about 1.5 hours, and If I wanted to investigate the cruise control issue it could be up to 3 hours or more. I declined to look at the secondary issue. When I was notified that my car was ready via text noel gave me the paper work I signed it nothing was said by Noel, I thanked him and thanked him for his patients in the interaction he gave no reply. perhaps he was having a bad start of his day or he is just not a happy guy at work. I had been in the dealer on one other occasion and Phillip Takla was the service agend and was pleasent through the whole process. More

Northridge Toyota has a wonderful staff. Whether on the phone or in person, they've always been courteous and friendly. The service personnel are thoughtful and helpful.
