I’m a bit surprised by the positive reviews because our experience has been terrible. Between my wife and I we have leased or purchased over 20 cars including BMWs, Mercedes and Lexus’ in the past and our experience has been terrible. Between my wife and I we have leased or purchased over 20 cars including BMWs, Mercedes and Lexus’ in the past and our experience with Darcars Greenwich has been abysmal. About the only thing they were good at was taking our money for a new car. No inspection sticker on a new car led to a ticket. Expired dealer registration plates took over a dozen calls to fix. No second set of keys despite promises to get hem. No calls ever returned from sales, the GM etc. More

We had an excellent dealer experience with Darcars Lexus of Greenwich and its sales representative Stephen Goyburu. We took two extended test drives of the NX and RX. He patiently explained all the features of Greenwich and its sales representative Stephen Goyburu. We took two extended test drives of the NX and RX. He patiently explained all the features. He went through all the vehicles available. (We ultimately chose the RX450h without a lot of unnecessary extras). The management worked with us on price and didn't add a "market adjustment" though there were a couple of "value adds." The finance person didn't push too hard and the paperwork was done quite expediently. And they delivered the car to our door and took all the time we wanted to explain the driver interface. Stephen truly did earn our business. All in all one of the best dealership experiences ever (from a guy who has bought a lot of cars). More
