They called after I dropped my car to tell me I needed 2 new filters because they were dirty. This car only has 25000 miles on it. I did it but not happy. I had a problem with my car after receiving service. I talked to the service manager about it and he could not have been nicer about it. I took it back in and they not only repaired that problem, but fi I talked to the service manager about it and he could not have been nicer about it. I took it back in and they not only repaired that problem, but fixed a couple of others that they found. Bob Pulte Chevrolet service has always been fair and give me great service. I had an appointment at 10:45, which was confirmed by email and a text message. When I arrived for my appointment, the rep told me he had my appointment at 11 but it was ok that I was early, he could s email and a text message. When I arrived for my appointment, the rep told me he had my appointment at 11 but it was ok that I was early, he could squeeze me in. I told him my appointment was at 1045 and I could show him my text. He kept telling me I was wrong, wouldn’t look at the text and asked me what the big deal was about 15 minutes. Never once did he just simply apologize about the mixup IN THEIR SYSTEM so we could just move on. I don’t feel like paying the price for a premium oil change to get bottom of the barrel level customer service. I was going to ask about tire pricing, but after his attitude, I took my business to Costco. More
