We made an appointment with the service department. Called the following day to confirm the appointment prior to showing up because they said they were having computer issues the day before. They said there was no appointment, so, we made another appointment for later in the week. We show up to the appointment at the scheduled date and time and are told there was no appointment in the system for our service. We insisted that there was. The representative insinuated that we were lying about setting up the appointment. The service department serviced the car any way. More
