However you did not get that 5th star due to the fact that when someone spends $52,000 on a vehicle the least you could do is give them a FULL tank of gas. I understand only putting in $15 for the test drive but when I came to pick the car up the fuel level was the same, when I commented on it you took back to the gas station for what I thought was to fill it up only to find out you only put another $10-15.. you would not have gone out of business over a FULL tank of gas. Me personally I don’t think that was too much to ask for. Maybe that $100 gift card could make up for that More

Sales people are very knowledgeable. Finish of promised fixes took a while. It seemed that 3rd party who was to replace the windshield did not show when expected and the wait was over a week to correct it. fixes took a while. Allen Chevy has been completely great in all aspects. I bought a car from another deal and within the first week started having issues with it the other dealer told me basically it was my problem not there bought a car from another deal and within the first week started having issues with it the other dealer told me basically it was my problem not there's so I went to Allen Chevy they were able to get me into a new vehicle for a better price at better rates the same day so I returned the other vehicle that dealer then told me they were going to charge me over 400 dollars for returning the vehicle I posted my review on there sight to warn people not to go there that same day John Allen called me to let me know he had read my review of the other dealer and thank me for coming to Allen Chevy instead he then made sure I was satisfied with the deal that I got through his dealership and also told me that if the other dealer(Carite in monroe) did charge me for returning the other vehicle that he would pay the bill. A will only buy my vehicles from Allen Chevy from now on. More
