Chip, your service manager for Maserati Alfa Romero has gone above and beyond his duties to accommodate me and keeping me informed about my service and in any way possible to make me feel connected with th gone above and beyond his duties to accommodate me and keeping me informed about my service and in any way possible to make me feel connected with the steps it took to completing the service on my car. Maserati technician one of the most skilled technicians that I have ever seen. I was so comfortable knowing Chris was working on my Maserati at the job needed to be done was going to be complete and thorough. Jim Thezan’s customer service and winning attitude not only made my car buying experience less stressful, but made it genuinely fun! His fair and straightforward way of doing business should be taught to only made my car buying experience less stressful, but made it genuinely fun! His fair and straightforward way of doing business should be taught to new salesman and used for a model as an industry standard! This is a guy who cares about his customers and knows what he’s talking about! The entire staff in the showroom was friendly and helpful! Can’t say enough about these guys! If I know someone looking for a car, I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership. Thanks for helping me buy my dream car. Great dealership!! They made everything go very smoothly with my purchase. I filled out the paperwork for them and they worked out all of the financing.
