Norm (salesman) was great to work with, he was very knowlegable and friendly. He answered all of my questions promptly via txt message which was great with my busy life! When we showed up at the dealership (after a 6 hour drive with 4 extremely restless kids) he met us at the door and did everthing he could to help us including making the kids popcorn and finding them some toys to play with so we could talk business. I feel like we got a great deal on our new Toyota and the finance guy (Thevon) was very thorough with the loan and warranty information. We walked out of there feeling confident in our purchase! I knew I I was not expecting the experience I had with Lithia. I had never bought a new car before, so needless to say I had no clue what I was doing. I knew I wanted AWD but that was it. Norm was amazing about giving me all the information I needed without being pushy or takib advantage of my lack of knowledge. He answered all my questions and genuinely wanted me to understand the terms of my lease and what kind of car I was getting. I am still so impressed and blown away by the deal I got. Most importantly, he sat down and took the time to explain everything inside the car and the lease process. I really am so happy I went through Lithia. More
