I would rate the initial interaction with the sales staff as satisfactory as they were able to obtain my minimum trade in value and found available incentives. The interaction with the F&I took longer than anticipated and there was some confusion regarding the transaction price breakdown. The delivery of the vehicle was less than satisfactory as I expected it to be fully detailed but the vehicle did not even receive an exterior wash much less an interior detailing prior to delivery. More

HASSLE FREE! I was looking for a new lease vehicle and was having some trouble finding a dealer that would help me terminate the lease on my current vehicle, an Es I was looking for a new lease vehicle and was having some trouble finding a dealer that would help me terminate the lease on my current vehicle, an Escape, without charging me an astronomical amount of money. Thank God for NORM STERN! Within 48 hours not only was I in a brand new, GORGEOUS Ford Explorer but, the monthly payment was not much more than I was already paying for my Escape! Norm was friendly, professional and FAST! This is how car buying ought to be, truly! The finance department took care of my online credit application immediately and JENNIFER was super efficient...no waiting around for documents to be printed, etc. I cannot say enough good things about Norm Stern. I so appreciate how fast and hassle free this experience was. My days are packed with family and work obligations and the last thing I had time for (on Halloween, no less!) was leasing a new vehicle BUT, this entire experience was smooth, smooth, smooth!
