Friendly Customer Service. Service okay. I brought my 2004 4Runner in for an annual oil change and tire rotation. The advisor Norman was very nice and helpful. Truck came back very clean! I did find out a couple days later that they do not check or service your battery during inspections or offer tire balance with rotation. The battery was very dirty with acid plus the drive over 60 miles was very bumpy! More

Staff knows the meaning of good service, not always admin. After having an issue getting my dashboard replaced and waiting for the part to come in a year later. The issue was resolved with the help of Toyota Customer Care.. My dashboard came in and I was reluctant to have Al Hendrickson Toyota install it. The Service Writer Mr. Norman Frantz understood my problem. He told me he was new to Al Hendrickson and if I would give him the opportunity to get things right. Norman made some good points and my car was taken care of. Norman Frantz did what the management at Al Henderickson could not do. He handle the problem with professionalism, and the best, outstanding customer service. I can't say enough about how great Norman was in turning this mess that management made into a very positive result. Marie DeMore More
