Friendly Customer Service. Service okay. I brought my 2004 4Runner in for an annual oil change and tire rotation. The advisor Norman was very nice and helpful. Truck came back very clean! I did find out a couple days later that they do not check or service your battery during inspections or offer tire balance with rotation. The Service Writer Mr. Norman Frantz understood my problem. He told me he was new to Al Hendrickson and if I would give him the opportunity to get things right. Norman made some good points and my car was taken care of. Norman Frantz did what the management at Al Henderickson could not do. He handle the problem with professionalism, and the best, outstanding customer service.
