They confirmed what I already knew and most importantly to me they we're honest about the work that needed to be done. The price they charged me was extremely reasonable as I had researched the cost for getting the repair done. Their upfront and honest approach to doing business it's something I've been looking for it a repair shop for a long time. I will certainly be referring my friends and family to Al Hendrickson Toyota. More

“Dedicated to quality”hardly. What does “quality” look like? Horrible service. “Service Campaign” some weird phrase for recall on passenger airbag and seat sensor defect expired on 12/31/17. I took it in on 12/3 Horrible service. “Service Campaign” some weird phrase for recall on passenger airbag and seat sensor defect expired on 12/31/17. I took it in on 12/31/17, at 1:45pm. They were CLOSED. Always closing at 7pm, except that day. Toyota headquarters would NOT honor the recall and want almost $500 to fix a “non-safety” issue. Three requests to speak to Al Jr or Sr as the huge sign states- nothing but the run around. Still days into this attempt and still no returned call from “Jessica” his secretary. Second new Camry, this one is only five years old, first one lasted 14 years. It’s always the HUMAN errors that ruin the deals. ALWAYS. Never again Toyota. More
