Dealing with Naples Acura was the best auto experience ever! From the moment I walked in to Naples Acura, the staff made me feel like their most important client. I was greeted and immediately offered an ice col From the moment I walked in to Naples Acura, the staff made me feel like their most important client. I was greeted and immediately offered an ice cold beverage by Norman Johnston who I worked with as my Sales Consultant. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly throughout the process. I would, and have, already recommended him to friends and family for future car purchases and leases. The General Manager Ross Levy was also an excellent representative of the Acura brand, and spent significant time working with me to find the perfect product for my needs. I never felt rushed, I always felt appreciated and respected, and in fact treated "like royalty." The Tech Specialist Megan Lujan was thorough, cheerful, and brilliant while teaching me all about my new 2017 Acura RDX's Tech Package. Absolutely the best new car experience of my life! More

Team made buying decision a no-brainer! We went into Naples Acura to test drive a new RDX to compare to a few vehicles we were considering. Working with our Salesman, Norman Johnston, and Ma We went into Naples Acura to test drive a new RDX to compare to a few vehicles we were considering. Working with our Salesman, Norman Johnston, and Manager, Joe Eisenberg, was a great experience. We really had not intended to make a final decision that day. But, Norm and Joe gave us the deal we were looking for and we couldn't pass it up. No need to look at any other vehicle after the deal we got on a top notch SUV. Looking forward to seeing how their service department performs. We have high expectations since dealing with the sales department! More
