While I don't think I got as good a deal as I could have, I didn't need a different car, but wanted one and was limited in time to get the deal done due to leaving to go out of town at the end of the week. Norm did everything I asked, was very helpful. I do love my car. I look forward to being able to use the new carwash this winter. I am also happy how close the dealership is to my location, it really makes it convenient as I pass by there often when running other errands. While I only rated the dealership as good (due to the sales process and price) I am sure that the service will be excellent!!!! More
