I bought my first Acura RDX from Scanlon Acura before they moved into their new space I cannot say enough about Naples Acura. They are the best!!!!!! I bought my first Acura RDX from Scanlon Acura before they moved into their new space. The only reason I bought from them was because I loved the RDX and we had a wonderful sales person, who is no longer with Scanlon Acura. He persisted in trying to get us the best deal with his Manager, Joe, who kept resisting any offer. We finally got a deal we could live with, Thanks to John. We love the vehicle and it has services us well. We have tried so many times to deal with Joe at Scanlon Acura to get into an upgraded model of the RDX and stay with the dealership. Joe is a very unfriendly and cold individual and would ignore my husband and me when we were in for service. He has ignored both of us while in for service on the RDX and walked by us without even acknowledging either one of us. I would never go back to them for a vehicle. We are both so happy with Naples Acura. The sales person, Norm, Nd the general manager bent over backwards to make us happy and make a deal with us. I am now driving a new 2016 RDX and got a deal that worked for our budget. Joe would never talk to us or even try to come up with a deal that would work for us. Love Naples Acura, Norm the sales person and the manager/general manager. They are the best. I will continue to deal with Naples Acura. Too bad for Scanlon Acura. They need to sort out their people and realize they are not doing a good job for Scanlon. Thanks Naples Acura. Love my new car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Buying a car I went to 6 dealerships looking at different cars. Buying a car is not on the top of my "to do" list. I looked at many reviews on many different site I went to 6 dealerships looking at different cars. Buying a car is not on the top of my "to do" list. I looked at many reviews on many different sites of all SUVs. Acura was not on the top. However, of all the dealerships, the Acura was the best. Norman and Scot went out of their way to make me feel as if they really cared about getting my business and working with me. This was a key in my buying an Acura versus another car.
