He was very patient walking us through everything as we had many questions. Due to the fact that Hybrids are in great demand, it threw a wrench into our plans to show up at the dealership and purchase a car. Norman Nguyen, worked with us to get the care we really wanted and to make it work out for us. This is also a clean, cheery, sustainable dealership. That means they care about the planet we live on and strive to be "Green." We've also had excellent work over the years in the service department when we come in for car maintenance. This is definitely a much more pleasant experience than any other car dealership we have dealt with over many years. More

Horrible experience. Would never buy a car here. Avoid this dealership!! I was presented a price for the vehicle over the phone by Norman and Camron. Decided to go with the deal for the agreed upon Avoid this dealership!! I was presented a price for the vehicle over the phone by Norman and Camron. Decided to go with the deal for the agreed upon price. Set up an appointment to purchase the vehicle and drove over two hours round trip. When we arrived at the dealership, we had to wait almost 30 minutes for Norman and Camron. It was later in the day on Thursday, so the dealership was not busy at all. I was then presented with the numbers by Norman and the price was way higher than the one that we agreed upon on the phone when I spoke to Norman and Camron on two separate occasions. Waisted our entire evening. Don’t waste your time with these guys. There are way too many other good Toyota dealerships in the metroplex that will not treat you this way. More
