So incredibly happy with the service, people, and my car I went to MP Chevy earlier this week and ended up with a car that just did not suit me. To be clear, this was not the fault of the individuals (genera I went to MP Chevy earlier this week and ended up with a car that just did not suit me. To be clear, this was not the fault of the individuals (general manager Joe Sarro and sales professional Norman Sasnett) who were helping me! On paper, the car was exactly what I was looking for, I simply ended up not liking the vehicle. To make a long story short, I called up Joe, and he and Norman went above and beyond for me, doing everything they could to ensure that I ended up with a car that I enjoyed. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone. Great, friendly people, great service, simply an overall excellent experience. More

Norman was completely down to earth and answered all of our questions and explained all of the particulars of the Corvette models available. Norman made the experience of buying the 2016 Corvettevery comfortable. He did not leave us standing around but made sure we were comfortable and that we knew what was happening every step of the way. As much as I dislike dealing with automobile dealers and "salesmen" - I must say this experience was more like going into a conventional store to purchase an item. It was not complicated and there was no BS to contend with. There was none of the game playing that I have experienced in the past. There was just open communication and cooperation even as far up as the General Management of the dealership. Overall it was a great experience. More
