Norman (and the rest of the staff) was very friendly and helpful. He was able to work with me to get a deal I felt comfortable with, which I think is really the key to any good deal. I talked to Norman for a couple hours (I wasn't in any hurry) while their finance office worked out the paperwork, and he, and the couple other people I spoke to, seemed very honest and sincere, which is a valuable quality that can be hard to find at a used car dealership. Norman even offered to follow up with me every so often to see how everything was going with my new Jeep, which was more than okay with me. Also, several of the employees and staff there are prior military, and the whole place was very military-friendly, so I'd definitely recommend it for any military stationed here! More

I recently purchased a new truck from Mt. Pleasant Chevrolet and at the end of a very frustrating day- came home quite happy in my new vehicle. I visited 3 dealerships and spoke with two additional o Chevrolet and at the end of a very frustrating day- came home quite happy in my new vehicle. I visited 3 dealerships and spoke with two additional ones. I love customer service but when it comes down to it- I will deal with a lot to save some money. In the end, Mt. Pleasant Chevrolet won me over with the best deal (trade in and new purchase price) and the customer service was the icing on the cake! Norman was an excellent sales guy that knows his trucks and Lane was wonderful to work with. With that said, I have to add, in most dealerships no other sales guys will even smile or speak since they are not the ones making the deal but EVERY person I encountered in this dealership was GREAT! One passing sales guy offered to buy me a coke when I was fumbling for change, the gentlemen that detailed my truck was very nice and professional, and the owner, Joe, took the time to introduce himself. This dealership is like a big family that honestly seems to want to really take care of their customers. They gave me some add-ons that I will have to get installed soon and I am hoping the service will be as good as the sales. In the past, my experience is that once you buy the vehicle- your just another person off the street when it comes to service but I really think that this dealership is different! I highly recommend giving them a try—you will likely be back to purchase in the end! More

I brought my family in to buy my daughter her first car. Three weeks later I went back and was looking to trade in my vehicle after comparing to what Ford had to offer. Hands down they exceeded my expectations and presented a deal I could not refuse. so now my family are the proud owners of a chevy spark and a Silverado. Looks like we found another friend in the community. My hats off to the sales team and the finance department for a wonderful experience. I have two more cars that need to retire. I know now where my first and only stop will be here in the near future.. Sam, Chris and Norman, you are top of the line when it comes to customer service and knowledge of your products. Norman bent over backwards for customer service and was the most attentive sales person out of all the dealerships we visited (approximately 9 deals/10 competing manufacturers). As I arrived to the dealership, the sales consultant, Norman had the vehicle parked in front of the entrance. About 30 minutes prior, I just sent in a request to receive more information about the vehicl Norman had the vehicle parked in front of the entrance. About 30 minutes prior, I just sent in a request to receive more information about the vehicle. Mount Pleasant Chevrolet was the first dealership to contact me. Once I got there, we went on a test drive for about 10 minutes I think. When we returned, I told him that I really liked the vehicle and was interested in hearing more. Filled out the necessary paperwork to begin the process to discuss numbers for the vehicle. After about 1 hour and a half, a deal was completed. Overall, I truly enjoyed the experience. The personal sales consultants and a pleasant environment made this process very easy. I have been to other dealerships in the area, at most of them the environment was uncomfortable. The salesmen treated me like a sale, not a customer. Mount Pleasant Chevrolet sales consultants are fantastically in customer service. They all was very pleasant to speak with and had patience. I worked in some of the best customer service companies in the world and I understand what it takes to be very successful working in a customer service position. These guys are trained perfectly to be a successful company that serves their customers first before you sale it to them. I also love the fact that most of the sales consultants are military veterans. I highly support companies that support our veterans. All these men are great people. I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
